Modular boardroom table, for 10 to 50 people

One table for the Monday committee and the annual board meeting.

What it is

The Eban Premium modular boardroom table is made of modules that join and separate in minutes. The same set works for a meeting of 10 or a board of 50, and it integrates power sockets, microphones and pop-up screens. We make it to measure in our factory in Silla (Valencia, Spain).

How it joins

A flush joint, in minutes

Locating dowels align the tops to the millimetre.
Concealed connectors lock the modules under the top with a single key.
Continuous grain: with numbered, sequence-matched veneer the grain runs from one module to the next.
The joint as a feature: if you prefer, a brass or bronze inlay.

Any end shape, any top

Semicircular, elliptical, straight, rounded or trapezoidal ends, or the shape you draw, machined on our 5-axis CNC. Tops in natural veneer, solid wood, lacquer, leather, solid surface, marble, metal, glass or resin, which can be combined.

Built-in technology, sized for each room

Level 1

Connectivity

A flush box at every seat with power, USB-C, HDMI and network. The whole table runs from one or two floor boxes.

Level 2

A microphone at every seat

A gooseneck microphone that rises when activated and disappears into the table, with a light ring showing who is speaking.

Level 3

Motorised screen

A 15-24″ monitor that rises from the top and hides away afterwards, with an integrated microphone.

Every module has a prepared technical plate: you can start without power and add connectivity, microphones or screens later. We integrate the brand you prefer or the one chosen by your AV integrator.

What clients usually ask

How many people does it take to move it?

The modules are designed with lightweight tops and concealed castors or a transport trolley so that two people can move them..

Can you see the joint between modules?

The locating dowels keep the surface flush. With sequence-matched veneer the grain continues; if you prefer, the joint can be highlighted with a brass or bronze inlay.

Can the whole table be powered from one socket?

Yes. Each module has cable management and quick connectors at the joints, so the complete table runs from one or two floor boxes.

Can it be made in other sizes?

Yes. We adapt length, width, height and end shape to each room.

What is the lead time?

Between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the project.
