Step 1 · Technical office

Before the first cut

Every job starts in the technical office. We turn the studio’s drawings, sketches or photos into shop drawings, cutting lists and machining programs, and work out joints, hardware and cable routing with the designer.

  • Shop drawings and cutting lists
  • CAM programming for the CNC

Step 2 · 5-axis CNC machining

Exact curves, piece after piece

Our 5-axis machining centre cuts curved ends, angled edges, recesses for connection boxes and cut-outs for monitors with the same precision on the first piece as on the three-hundredth.

  • SCM Morbidelli m100, 5-axis
  • Free forms, recesses and technical cut-outs

Step 3 · Veneer and pressing

The grain, chosen sheet by sheet

We select natural veneer by the flitch, number the sheets and book- or sequence-match them so the grain runs from one module to the next. Then we press them onto stable panels that stay flat.

  • Numbered, sequence-matched veneer
  • Book, herringbone or sunburst matching

Step 4 · Cabinetmaking

What a machine can’t do

Solid edges, joints and brass inlays are fitted by hand at the bench. It is the work you feel when you run your hand over the table, and what separates a standard piece from a statement one.

  • Fitting of joints and concealed hardware

Step 5 · Finishing

The surface you touch

In the finishing booth we apply lacquers and varnishes: matt, satin, polished high gloss or open pore. Every project is approved beforehand with a physical sample of the real finish on the real material.

  • RAL and NCS lacquers, from matt to high gloss
  • Natural and open-pore varnishes

Step 6 · Assembly and inspection

Assembled in the factory before it leaves

We pre-assemble furniture and tables in the factory: we check joints, levels, hardware and power before splitting them into modules for transport. On site, all that is left is to assemble and connect.

  • Full pre-assembly
  • Power and AV testing
  • Final inspection and photos for the client

Step 7 · Packing and installation

All the way to the client’s room

We pack every module with edge protection and assembly labels, and deliver it with our own installation team, anywhere in Spain.

  • Export packing
  • Road transport
  • Installation by our own team

Frequently asked questions

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, by appointment. We recommend it before large projects: you will see the process and the finish samples in person.

Can I follow my project during production?

Yes. We send photos at key stages and you can come to see the pre-assembled table before it ships.

Do you subcontract any part of the work?

Yes. We subcontract certain jobs, such as metalwork and polishing, to trusted partners we have worked with for years. We coordinate them ourselves and check every piece before assembly, so you deal with a single contact.
