What data we process and why
Requests for information and quotes
When you contact us through the contact form, the 3D configurator, email or phone, we process the data you provide: name, company, email, phone, the content of your message, the table configuration if you use the configurator, the page you write from and the language.
- Purpose: to answer your enquiry, prepare the technical and financial proposal and, if an order is placed, manage the business relationship.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, for the contact details of professionals and companies, our legitimate interest in answering the enquiry (art. 6.1.f GDPR and art. 19 LOPDGDD).
- Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no agreement is reached, for a maximum of two years so we can answer follow-up enquiries. If an order is placed, for the duration of the business relationship and the periods required by commercial and tax law.
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed so that we can reply. We do not use this data to send you advertising without your consent.
Form security
To prevent automated mass submissions, the server keeps an encrypted fingerprint of the IP address the form is sent from for one hour. It cannot be used to identify you and is deleted automatically.

Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our web hosting and email providers have access to it as data processors, under contracts that guarantee confidentiality.

Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to info@ebanpremium.com with the subject “Data protection”. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask for additional information to confirm it.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
The website is aimed at professionals and companies. We do not knowingly process data of children under 14.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connection and restricted access to the management panel. The form does not accept file attachments.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
